SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING

The cost of delivery varies according to the country of destination (see rates below).
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be charged :
• 2 to 4 days for delivery in France: €14.00
• 3 to 5 days for delivery in Europe: €24.00
• 5 to 9 days for International deliveries outside the European Union: €35.00

Before dispatch, you can track the status of your order via "My Account". If you placed your order as a guest, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail enabling you to track your parcel. For security reasons, all deliveries must be signed for. Please check the parcel you receive and make sure it is not damaged. You must immediately report any damage and/or missing product(s)/parcel(s) to the Chronopost or Colissimo carrier.

All orders are handled as quickly as possible by our teams and we are unable to reduce delivery times. It is therefore not possible to choose the date or time of delivery. Please note that delivery times are given in good faith as an indication and failure to meet them will not under any circumstances result in the payment of compensation or the cancellation of orders by the Customer. Our carrier delivers orders Monday to Friday from 8am to 10pm. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to sender. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.
