You will find your order number in your order confirmation e-mail.

If you have recently made a purchase, it may take a few minutes for your order to be processed and for you to receive the confirmation e-mail.

If you cannot find your confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder.

Return :

If the item ordered does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided that the item is eligible. ( as defined in REEMAKE IT's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Refund Policy below )

After-sales service without proof of purchase (invoice or bank statement) are not accepted. 

Here's how it works: 

Before returning a Product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange it. To do so, you must :

  • Log on to https://www.reemakeit.com, enter your login details, go to your Order History and indicate the quantity of products to be returned and the reason for the return.  

• • Contact our Customer Service by email at the following address: support@reemakeit.com

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return request and giving you instructions on how to return the Product(s) to our warehouse.

Please note: Exchanges are not possible. We will refund returned items. Please note that return postage is at the customer's expense.

PREPARE THE PARCEL:

The items to be returned must be intact, in perfect condition for resale in their original packaging and with all the labels. Once you have carefully prepared your parcel, download and insert your returns form, which must be returned. You can then send your parcel to the address below.

The Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused and undamaged, in their original packaging, with the labels attached and all accessories (hanger and cover), documents (in particular a thank-you card) and protective packaging. 

Please note that the Product(s) must be returned within 14 days of the day on which you inform us of your intention to return the Product(s).

REPAYMENT TERMS

Refunds for items ordered online can only be made if the items are returned to the warehouse in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days of the delivery date.

All items returned for a refund after 30 days cannot be refunded and will be returned to you. 

You will be reimbursed within 15 working days of receiving your parcel.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the refund has been processed.

The Products must be accompanied by all their accessories, labels and documents. Under this right of withdrawal, returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged or soiled Products will not be accepted and the Products will be returned to you.

Don't forget to put the return form in your parcel to identify your order. If you forget this document or make a mistake in the delivery address, the return cannot be processed or reimbursed.

On receipt of the returned Product for which a refund is requested, we will inspect the Product to check that it meets the conditions set out above. 

If these conditions are met, reemakeit.com will reimburse the Buyer within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the parcel by reemakeit.com.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to keep all proof of this return. reemakeit.com therefore advises the Buyer to return the items by recorded delivery or COLISSIMO or by any other means that provides proof of the return. These proofs of dispatch must include the following information: recipient's address, date of dispatch, order number and parcel number.
